Leasowe Lighthouse

Leasowe Lighthouse was built in 1769 and is the oldest brick-built lighthouse in Britain.

The Lighthouse is open for guided tours from 1pm – 5pm on the first and third Sunday of each month. Guided tours to the top are £2 for adults and £1 for children who must be at least 1.06 metres tall to be able to take the tour. There is also a small gift shop and display area on the ground floor which has Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate and gift items for sale and is free to enter.
