Everton FC

Everton Football Club has competed in the top division for a record 112 seasons.

During this time Everton have won a number of major honours including the League Championship nine times and five FA Cups.

Formed in 1878, Everton have played their games at Goodison Park since 1892 after moving from Anfield after a row over rent. Goodison Park is one of the world’s first purpose built football grounds and holds over 40,000 people, it has also held more top-flight games than any other stadium in England. Goodison Park also hosted five World Cup games in 1966, which featured many former greats from Pele to Eusibio; who scored six of his nine goals at the blues ground.

During the week why not take a tour of Goodison Park and see the stadium for yourself. Everton Football Club offer tours every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday between 11am-1pm.
