Chester Racecourse

Chester Racecourse is a fantastic venue for horse racing, located in an historic city.

The natural amphitheatre of the course, the quality of the turf and the close proximity of the spectators, combines to create a truly unique atmosphere.

Throughout the year there are a number of different racing events at Chester Racecourse.

Getting to Chester by train is easy, with trains running every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes in the evening between Liverpool City Centre stations and Chester.

From Chester station you can catch the Chester City / Rail Circular bus service. The service runs every 6 minutes between Chester station and Chester City Centre and costs £1 per journey. Chester Racecourse is a 5 minute walk from Frodsham Street bus stop, along Eastgate Street and Watergate Street.
