A PlusBus ticket gives you unlimited bus travel on participating operators’ services that you buy with your train ticket. 

What is PlusBus?

Bus travel can be at the start, the finish or both ends of your train journey. So you pay for your complete journey in one easy transaction at the train station. With PlusBus you can hop on and off participating bus services around the whole city of Liverpool.

How do I buy PlusBus?

You can buy a PlusBus ticket with most types of rail ticket (single, day return period return and season ticket), at any booking office, from self-service ticket vending machines. You can get PlusBus for the start and / or the end of your journey.

PlusBus ticket prices start from £2.50 a day. Railcard holders get 1/3 off the price of PlusBus day tickets. Children (aged 5-15) pay half the adult PlusBus day ticket price.
