Staff are available to help you 15 minutes before start of service and 15 minutes from the end of service.
The Old Hall Street entrance is open Monday - Friday to serve our commercial district, however it closes each weekday at 7pm and is closed of a weekend.
Due to essential maintenance work the lifts at Moorfields station will be out of service on from start of service Tuesday 24 August - end of service Friday 28 August.
If you require lift access please use Liverpool Central for Northern line services or any other city centre station (Liverpool Central, James Street, Lime Street low level) for Wirral line services.
