From Monday 18 May, Merseyrail will be increasing services on the network, including reinstating some services before 07:00 and after 19:00, Monday – Saturday. Services will continue to run between approximately 08:00 – 20:00 on Sundays.
The new ticket office at Ainsdale will be opening on Wednesday 2 May.
To assist with the transition between the temporary ticket office and the new building opening there will be no ticket selling facilities on this station between Monday 30th April and Tuesday 1 May.
Revenue Protection Officers will be at this station at certain times to sell tickets, however customers are advised to buy tickets in advance or at their destination station.
