Marays' flagship site in the city centre is located in the heart of Liverpool’s independent quarter at the top of Bold Street.
This very special place was transformed from a small clothes shop into a humble yet fully functioning restaurant over the course of 8 weeks.
It’s an intimate space with a long communal dining table down the centre of the room. You can see into the kitchen from practically anywhere in the restaurant and during busy services the atmosphere is buzzing.
The broad influence of the dishes in Maray are Middle-Eastern inspired, though there are nods to cuisines from all over the world in their menu.
