Southport Comedy Festival returns for what promises to be a fantastic 17 days of laughter.

So far this year's line up includes lots of famous faces including Al Murray, Chris McCausland, Milton Jones, Maisie Adam, Sam Avery, Jimeoin and Jason Byrne.

All of the comedians will be taking over the Southport Comedy Festival's impressive marquee in Southport's Victoria Park. The park is a short walk from Southport train station, or if you prefer there is a taxi rank outside the station for taking you to the venue.
