Get talking and Share the Love.
Starting from Blue Monday, Liverpool ONE kicks off its Share the Love campaign, which focuses on positive wellbeing and mental health.
On Blue Monday, 16th January, visitors are encouraged to pick up fresh flowers that are placed all across Liverpool ONE and give it to a loved one. In addition, some stores and restaurants are handing out samples and freebies to help beat the blues.
It doesn't stop there, as the Happy to Chat tables are back permanently, at Barburrito, The Place to Eat at John Lewis, Bierkeller and Cass Art. The tables' purpose is to help tackle loneliness, by providing a space to chat and relax with family and friends, or perhaps someone new.
