Timetable changes Northern Line Saturday 2nd July
Due to an ongoing fault with the signalling system in the Moorfields area, it is likely that Kirkby line services will terminate and start back at Sandhills tomorrow (Saturday 2nd July).
Customers wishing to travel beyond Sandhills on the Kirkby line should change at Sandhills for all destinations.
Please also allow extra time for your journey if you are travelling on the Southport/Hunts Cross or Ormskirk line tomorrow as there are likely to be minor residual delays on all Northern lines.

If you want to surrender your Merseyrail Only Digital Railpass part way through its validity please fill out the online Merseyrail Only Digital Railpass form below. In all cases you MUST include a copy of your proof of purchase, using the attach function on the form. Typically this will be the confirmation email sent to you when you purchased your ticket. This should be attached to the form when making your claim.
Your refund will be calculated from the day after you have submitted the online refund form and the amount due to you will be based on the amount of time left on your ticket. Please note that this also includes the discounted periods, so the amount you receive may be less than your expect. Refunds will be processed and paid within 20 days of your claim and any refund due paid back to the original method of payment you used. There is a £10.00 administration charge for refunds.
