Our Achievements

As a company, we are very proud of our achievements over recent years. Not only are we the most punctual train company in the UK with 96.3% of trains arriving on time for the 12 months up to February 2010, we are also strongly committed to excellence in customer service and the safety and security of all our customers and staff. This is shown in the various awards we have received. Below are some examples of the recognition given to the company in the last eighteen months.
