    • Continue to use Staff Survey & Action Plans and attempt to increase numbers of participants
    • Arrangement of Staff Events - for example: Polar Express and Family Fun Days
    • Make available places at all Corporate Hospitality for our staff including Grand National & Football,
    • Continue with the Attendance & Achievement Awards and Long Service Awards for all staff who qualify.
