We welcome your comments and suggestions on any aspect of our service as we know that your views could help us improve our services. Our Customer Relations team is happy to deal with any comments or concerns you may have on any aspect of your Merseyrail journey.
The office is open Mondays to Fridays from 0900 - 1600hrs (an answer phone is available outside of these hours). They can also provide information on ticket refunds, disabled assistance, group travel and charity collections at locations across our network. We look forward to hearing from you.
