Why not introduce a company loan scheme to help with easy payment terms? Staff can pay back the loan, through salary deductions over a 12 month period. All staff need to do is have their loan approved, fill in an application form and have their photo taken. Their annual season ticket can then be collected from their nearest staffed Merseyrail station and start seeing the benefits of travelling by rail without having to queue for a ticket. As your staff pay for only 10 months travel with an annual Railpass, they effectively enjoy two months travel free!!
